Grow the Business from 0 to 1
- Grew and pivoted the business from zero to generating NT$2 million/year in revenue, 500 paid customers, a community consists of 6,000 outdoor lovers, and a network of 120 vendors and partners.
- Led product development efforts with other cofounder, from ideation, market and user research, MVP development and iteration, while ensuring alignment with the company’s vision.
